Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN Clinical Coordinator to join our Operating Room team specializing in Genitourinary and Gynecology (GU/GYN) surgeries. As an essential member of our hospital, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing patient care, leading nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Manage department operations and provide leadership during assigned shifts.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Administer medications, document patient information, and monitor vital signs.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience in a patient care setting.
• Active RN license from the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and basic Office Suite skills.
