Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Lead to join our team at Dublin Methodist Hospital. As the Clinical Leader PCLM, you will provide leadership in the design, development, and evaluation of programs and services within the surgical unit. Your role will focus on ensuring quality patient care, process improvement, resource utilization, and financial performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• BLS & CPR certification.
• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Prior RN experience in a related field.
• BLS/ACLS Certified.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Work Schedule

Night shift, 36 hours per week.
