Job Description
Join our team at OhioHealth as an RN Clinical Leader specializing in Medical/Surgical Intermediate Cardiac/Neuro care. In this role, you will provide leadership, coordinate program design, development, and evaluation, and ensure quality, service, satisfaction, and process improvement within your area of responsibility. You will also oversee resource utilization, financial performance, and productivity standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - American Red Cross
- Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Prior RN Experience in Medical/Surgical Intermediate Cardiac/Neuro.
- BLS/ACLS Certified.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
