Job Description
ThedaCare is seeking a passionate and dedicated RN Clinical Nurse to join our team at Appleton ICU. As a member of our innovative health care system, you will provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care while upholding our values of compassion, excellence, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic primary care nursing to patients and families in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit.
- Ensure patient-centered care through interprofessional collaboration and evidence-based practice.
- Promote a culture of innovation and professional development within the nursing practice.
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtain the BSN within five years.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
