Job Description

Cassia, a faith-based, nonprofit organization, is seeking a dedicated RN, Director of Health Services (DHS) to join Meadowview of Davenport, our brand-new senior community in Davenport, Iowa. As the Director of Health Services, you will lead the clinical team in providing exceptional care to our residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care options, upholding the values of compassion, integrity, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and create personalized Care Plans for residents.
• Oversee nursing care, medication administration, and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of resident care.
• Manage budgeting and foster a positive work environment for nursing personnel.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
• Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with Assisted Living settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on resident well-being.
