Job Description

Cassia, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN, Director of Health Services (DHS) to join our team at Meadowview of Davenport, a brand-new senior community in Davenport, Iowa. In this role, you will lead the clinical team to provide exceptional care to our residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. As the Director of Health Services, you will be responsible for organizing, directing, and evaluating the clinical program to ensure the highest level of resident care in alignment with regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessment of potential residents.
• Oversee nursing care for Assisted Living residents.
• Create and implement individual Care Plans.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, county personnel, and families.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility and budget compliance.
• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to nursing staff.
• Manage facility operations in the absence of certified designees.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
