RN - Emergency Department - Night Shift

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Great Falls Clinic Hospital. As an RN in the Emergency Department on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in providing direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and exhibits a high level of professionalism with minimal supervision. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care and efficient patient flow through the system.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and accurate triage based on patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with ER Physicians and Mid-level providers regarding patient status and diagnostic results.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
• Supervise Emergency Department techs, registration staff, and allied health professionals.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• MT State RN license required.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC (or obtained within 6 months).
• Proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and IV skills.
