CARE BRAVELY TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM UP TO $20,000
Sinai Hospital is seeking Nurse Resident/New Graduate Registered Nurses for the Emergency Department (ED) with Full-Time Day or Full-Time Night shifts available. LifeBridge Health offers individualized orientations, internships, and a Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program to support new grads in specific areas.
Requirements:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. RN Diploma with relevant experience is accepted. Less than 1 year of experience. Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
Program Details:
- The program provides new nurses with individual and group support, clinical skill development, and confidence building.
- Support includes clinical coaches, orientation team educators, and a life coach for work-life balance.
- The program runs several times a year, coincides with graduation and NCLEX completion, and varies in length based on specialty area and participant progress.
