Job Description
We are currently seeking Nurse Residents/New Graduate Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Room team at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with flexible day or night shifts available. As part of the Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program, you will receive individualized orientations and opportunities for growth across various specialties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
Program Support
This innovative program provides extensive support to new nurses through individual and group settings. Clinical coaches and educators guide you through clinical skills, while a life coach helps maintain work-life balance and manage stress. The program, aligned with graduation and NCLEX completion, varies in length based on specialty and personal progression.
