Job Description
We are looking for motivated Nurse Residents/Nurse Graduates to join our dynamic Med Surg team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers day or night shifts with flexible hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units including Oncology, Pulmonary ID, Ortho/Neuro Trauma, Rehab, and GI/GU. In addition to a possible sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, our Nurse Resident/New Grad Registered Nurse Program provides comprehensive orientations and internships tailored to individual specialties. If you are a new graduate with less than 1 year of experience, hold a Maryland Registered Nurse License, and possess American Heart Association BLS Certification, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Participate in classes and gain confidence in clinical skills.
- Receive individual and group support throughout the program.
- Work closely with clinical coaches and preceptors for a successful transition.
- Benefit from life coaching to achieve work-life balance and stress management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
