We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Kettering Health Network in the 5NW ICU Step Down unit. This is a full-time position during night shifts. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in collaboration with our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive care to patients in various settings.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal boundaries.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; new graduates welcome.
• Preferably hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commit to obtaining it within 5 years.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required based on unit requirements.
• Experience or refresher course for nurses returning to acute care after an extended absence.
