We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Kettering Health Network. As part of our Acute Care Clinical Decision Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients across various settings. This is a full-time position working nights at our Kettering, OH location.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal boundaries.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring the delivery of safe care and participating in improvement activities.
• Reflect the organization's mission, vision, and values in all nursing care activities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred within 5 years of hire.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, PALS may be required based on unit practice.
• Prior acute care experience or completion of a refresher course for returning nurses.
