We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Kettering Health Network in the Acute Care Urology and General Surgery department on a full-time night shift basis. Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across various settings in alignment with the nursing process.
• Take responsibility for professional development and practice within legal care boundaries.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring the delivery of safe care and participating in improvement activities.
• Reflect the organization's missions, vision, and values in nursing care delivery.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred within 5 years of hire.
• Completion of a refresher course may be required for nurses returning to acute care after an extended period.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, PALS as per unit requirements.
