We are looking for motivated RN New Grad Residency candidates to join the team at HSHS St. John's Hospital. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, participating in patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and providing support to patients and their families. Responsibilities

• Participate in the nursing process under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Provide physical and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Oversee and support other team members as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Healthcare or service industry experience is a plus.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Physical ability to meet clinical requirements.

Additional Information

• Illinois licensure required, with guidelines for Continental Testing Services (CTS) completion.
• Wisconsin candidates need a Temporary Permit, with specific renewal instructions.
