RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Lynnwood and Everett with complex medical conditions. Day and night shifts are available up to full-time with Alliance Nursing, a company that offers private duty nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care to patients with complex medical and developmental conditions.
• Utilize nursing process for assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in Washington State without restrictions.
• Multi-State License from a participating Compact State is also accepted.
