Job Description

Alliance Nursing is seeking compassionate RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Tacoma and Graham. You will be delivering critical nursing services to patients with complex medical and developmental conditions, ensuring the highest standards of professional nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients including mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions.
• Utilize the nursing process for comprehensive patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate strong assessment skills and quick response to changes in patient conditions.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Multi-State License from a participating Compact State is a plus.
