Job Description
We are hiring a RN Program Manager to join the Westwood Family Practice department at Denver Health. As the Nursing Program Manager, you will lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in ambulatory care settings, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality outcomes are met. This role involves staff management, mentoring, records management, problem-solving, and policy development. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 4-6 years of nursing experience with leadership exposure, and relevant licenses such as BLS and RN. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
