RN Registered Nurse - Neurology clinic

Job Description

We are hiring a RN Registered Nurse to join our Neurology clinic at Denver Health. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide comprehensive patient care and education in an outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with diverse patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional care and achieve quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and provide patient education.
• Conduct nursing assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to set goals and strategies for patient care.
• Supervise and support clinic team members.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Required licenses: BLS-Basic Life Support, RN-Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of professional nursing standards and EHR systems like EPIC.
