Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN for our Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin. As an RN Clinical Nurse, you will deliver specialized, evidence-based nursing care to patients using an inter-professional approach. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess patient needs.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform patient care procedures.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

The role involves moving, standing, and lifting, exposure to blood-borne pathogens, and occasional handling of hazardous materials in a healthcare setting. Proper body mechanics and precautions are essential.

Location & Schedule:

You will be based at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin, with a scheduled 36 hours per week at 0.9 FTE. This role does not include overtime exempt status.
