Job Description
We are looking for a talented Rotating Equipment Repair Engineer to join ITT, Inc.'s PRO Services shop in Colfax, North Carolina. As the Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for producing quotes, procuring drawings, and providing sales support for all repair and upgrade work. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle quotations and pricing in collaboration with Sales and Facility General Manager.
- Produce drawings for parts manufacturing or repair.
- Update shipment schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Provide customer support, recommend upgrades, and offer solutions for Customers.
- Monitor jobs progress, subcontracting work, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate regularly with Facility General Manager on ongoing jobs and quotes.
- Contribute to safety, shipments, cost savings, and quality goals.
- Offer after-hours support for Customer needs and urgent jobs.
- Manage projects from start to finish.
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of related experience in pump service and repair.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, with experience in Creo being a plus.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Salary Range: $61,000 - $91,300 per year.
