Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our team at Treeo Senior Living, a Leisure Care managed community. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources. Your responsibilities will include conducting deep discovery to understand prospects' needs, leading guided tours, and implementing strategic marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs and preferences.
- Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours of the community.
- Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities through various channels.
- Maintain an accurate prospect database and perform timely follow-ups.
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the community.
Requirements
- Passion for sales and building relationships.
- Two years of experience in a similar sales role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
