Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join Glassybaby LLC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling glassybaby products, promoting the brand, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards. Your duties will include greeting and assisting customers, operating the Point of Sale system, handling inventory management, and fostering customer relationships.

Primary Duties

• Sell glassybaby products to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Operate Point of Sale system accurately.
• Participate in promoting the glassybaby brand and giving message.
• Assist in inventory management and store merchandising.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of glassybaby products and brand.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Previous customer service or luxury brand sales experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Standing and walking required.
• Good vision and hearing for customer interactions.

Compensation

$17.5 per hour
