Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accuracy in store counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures while upholding security standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
