Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the store's appearance. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain a clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in stock counts.
• Follow cash handling policies, uphold company procedures, and safeguard confidential information.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
