Job Duties
- Lead showroom visitors on personalized dealership tours, fostering rapport and converting them into customers.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles by attentive listening and questioning.
- Stay updated on automobile industry trends, product technology, and inventory changes.
- Offer test drives, deliver thorough product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, maintain owner follow-up systems, and uphold a professional business appearance.
- Respond promptly to online leads and provide personalized videos for potential customers.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or high school diploma.
- Vehicle sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
