SALES CONSULTANT

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join Auto Centers, a dynamic team in the automotive industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle preferences.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operations.
• Provide options for additional equipment and accessories.
• Calculate and present sales prices and financing options.
• Complete sales contracts and process payments.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
• Utilize computer databases to check vehicle availability and options.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Business acumen and understanding of market competition.

Work Environment
