Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive Manager to join Guardiar, responsible for selling Guardiar USA and Guardiar Solutions products, building and nurturing customer relationships, and driving business development in the designated territory. The role involves acquiring new accounts, tailoring sales presentations, monitoring market dynamics, and collaborating with internal teams for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Create new accounts and secure orders by strategizing daily schedules and cultivating potential customer leads.
  • Customize sales pitches based on customer profiles, including fence contractors, architects, security planners, and facility developers.
  • Analyze market volume to focus sales efforts efficiently and achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and Sales Support teams to ensure accurate quotes and timely project delivery.
  • Use IFS-CRM to track customer interactions and update management on sales progress.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competition, product developments, and recommend necessary changes to enhance sales performance.
  • Resolve customer issues, investigate problems, and present solutions to management.
  • Enhance professional expertise through workshops, publications, networking, and active participation in relevant organizations.
  • Support team objectives by achieving associated goals and tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service abilities and aptitude for meeting sales targets.
  • Capability to handle full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with confidence.
  • Thorough knowledge of Guardiar USA products, competitor offerings, and the industry landscape.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, proficient presentation capabilities, and willingness to travel up to 70%.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and self-driven motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, with at least 2 years in fencing, construction, or related domains.
  • Experience using CRM software, with familiarity in IFS considered advantageous.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
