Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Sales Manager to join the Hilton Short Pump team, a flagship property owned by Shamin Hotels. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for effectively soliciting and managing all accounts in assigned market segments to drive the hotel's revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue and sales activity goals set by the Director of Sales.
• Operate the Sales Department within the established budget.
• Initiate and follow up on leads to secure new accounts.
• Develop a deep understanding of hotel operations.
• Participate in an active sales solicitation program.
• Monitor account production and market trends.
• Utilize Shamin's sales system following standards.
• Engage with clients through various sales activities and site inspections.
• Prepare reports and follow Shamin sales policies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Stay updated on market competitors and selling strategies.
• Attend required training and meetings.
• Cross-sell other Shamin hotels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent hotel experience.
• Previous hotel sales experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office.
• Experience with SalesPro and Delphi is a plus.
