Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Education division at JTM Food Group. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for increasing sales in the assigned region by working closely with Regional Sales Managers and utilizing resources effectively. The role involves account planning, marketing support, product training, bid placement, and attending conferences within the educational sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Planning and Development.
- Report on Marketing spend in territory.
- Food Show/Food Cuttings Support.
- Product Training and Bid placement.
- Market penetration with existing brokers.
- Attendance at regional and national conferences.
- Management of warehouse inventories within the region.
- 25-75% travel required each week.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum four-year college degree, preferably in business.
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Computer literate with spreadsheet capabilities.
