Job Description
Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a passionate School-Based Speech Therapist to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional school district in La Puente, CA, for the 2023-2024 school year. This full-time position involves working with students from T-Kinder to 2nd-grade in smaller classrooms, providing crucial speech therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and track student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall special education program.
Requirements
- Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Special Education Teacher.
- Passion for making a difference and enhancing students' lives through speech therapy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school-based setting.
