Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district in Quartz Hill, CA, to fill the position of a School-Based Speech Therapist for the 2023-2024 school year. This full-time role involves working with students at the elementary and middle school levels, with a maximum caseload of 30 students. The selected candidate will provide specialized speech therapy services to support the educational development and communication skills of students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy services to students based on individualized education plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy programs.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
• Provide support and guidance to enhance students' communication skills and overall academic success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Speech Therapist within the last 3 years.
• Valid Speech Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
• Passion for special education and enhancing students' learning experiences.
