School-Based Speech Therapist

Epic Special Education Staffing is looking to hire passionate School-Based Speech Therapists to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will work with an outstanding school district in El Segundo, CA, for the 2023-2024 school year. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children in need of special education services.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to students in elementary and middle school grades.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and make recommendations for ongoing therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Valid state license/certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school-based setting.
• Experience with IEP development and implementation.
