Job Description

Think Together is looking for a dedicated School Day Tutor to work with Elementary and Middle School students in reading and math. This part-time position involves providing tutoring and instructional support to small groups of students, helping them master academic standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group and individual interventions to help students master instructional materials.
• Engage students by implementing the Intervention curriculum.
• Assist with scoring assessments, monitoring student progress, and devising strategies for reinforcement.
• Maintain ethical behavior, confidentiality, and detailed student records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College units or passing a Pre-Employment test required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Must pass background checks and skills testing.
