Job Description
We are looking for Seasonal Stockers to join our team at ALDI, where dedication to quality products at unbeatable prices is our priority. As a Seasonal Stocker, you will play a critical role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting with inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
- Unload, unpack, and stock shelves with received inventory
- Organize new inventory, ensuring proper placement
- Operate machinery and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Uphold security and confidentiality protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is advantageous
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Physical Demands
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk for extended periods
- Stock merchandise and place products on shelves at varying heights
- Lift up to 45 pounds
