Career Systems Development Corporation is currently seeking a Security Officer for the Roswell Job Corps Center. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in enforcing campus rules and policies while providing exceptional customer service to students and staff. Your responsibilities will include patrolling assigned areas, assisting visitors and students, conducting safety inspections, and participating in disciplinary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transport students using company vehicle.
• Patrol assigned areas for safety hazards and unusual activities.
• Maintain student accountability logs.
• Conduct safety and health inspections as needed.
• Respond to complaints and conduct investigations.
• Participate in disciplinary actions against violence and drugs.
• Adhere to all center policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Previous security or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of law enforcement procedures.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Familiarity with challenges faced by underprivileged youth.

Compensation

This position offers an hourly wage of $18.99.
