Position Summary:
The Senior Accountant will use their expertise in GAAP to analyze financial data, generate precise reports, and ensure robust internal controls. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly general ledger close and journal entries.
- Contribute to the annual audit and maintain internal controls.
- Manage balance sheet accounts and prepare detailed reports.
- Lead and support junior accountants and assist in other projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting.
- Proficient in GAAP, auditing standards, and Blackline ERP.
- Strong Excel skills, leadership experience, and process improvement skills are a plus.
