Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior CAD/CAM Programmer to work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to develop efficient CNC programs for complex aerospace components. Responsibilities
- Create highly efficient CNC programs for 3-5 axis mills, lathes, and mill/turn machines.
- Plan manufacturing sequences and develop detailed setup sheets and manufacturing instructions.
- Design high-quality fixtures and tooling to support program requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fixtures and streamline manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot programming and tooling issues for resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for process enhancements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of programming and machining experience in aerospace or related industries.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX CAM, Hypermill, or Mastercam.
- Strong knowledge of advanced CNC control functions and GD&T principles.
- Experience with exotic materials and additive manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
