Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Understand the material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Work with Japan to better use CADIOS to manage our production costs. Fluent in Japanese is a must!
- Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
- Help departments analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
- Actively participate in the budget planning process by developing an annual budget for labor and other costs as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
- Ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Cost Accounting and Cost Management experience required.
- CPA certification highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA would be an advantage.
- Fluency in Japanese is a must for working with Japan.
Experience and Education:
- 6 years of Cost Accounting and cost management experience required.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA and CPA certification preferred.
