Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and bilingual Senior Cost Analyst to join our team at TOYOTI1, an international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production costs, investigating variances, and working closely with our team in Japan to optimize our processes. Fluency in Japanese is a must for effective collaboration and communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with the team in Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Assist departments in analyzing ROI for new projects and validating upon completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other assigned costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Ten years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.

Experience

• 6 years of Cost Accounting and cost management experience.
