Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience. As the Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, investigating variances, and ensuring efficient financial operations using CADIOS. Fluency in Japanese is a prerequisite as you will be collaborating closely with the team in Japan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with the team in Japan to optimize production costs using CADIOS.
• Plan and oversee the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
• Contribute to the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Education and Experience

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with ten years of related experience. Cost Accounting and Cost Management expertise is essential, and CPA certification is highly desirable. Experience with SAP S4 HANA will be advantageous.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and/ or CPA certification is a plus.
