Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. As the Senior Cost Analyst, you will be an essential part of our finance team, responsible for managing our production costs and driving financial analysis. This position requires fluency in Japanese as you will work closely with our team in Japan and become an expert in CADIOS, ultimately ensuring cost efficiency and optimization across our operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for cost management.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Leadership Responsibilities

Lead by example in executing all duties related to the position effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification (preferred).
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA (advantageous).
• Fluency in Japanese.
