Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience. As a Senior Cost Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, understand material transactions, investigate monthly variances, and collaborate with Japan to manage production costs. A key requirement is fluency in Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS and manage production costs.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Work with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Direct Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
