Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

Toyo Tires N.A. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our production costs, collaborating with our team in Japan, and ensuring the effective execution of financial strategies. Fluency in Japanese is a must for this position.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production cost management using CADIOS.
• Plan and oversee the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
