Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing production costs, becoming an expert on CADIOS; facilitating communication with Japan; overseeing Fixed Asset inventory; assisting in ROI analysis; and participating in budget planning processes. Fluency in Japanese is a must for this role. Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for production cost management (Japanese fluency required).
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accurate verification upon completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
