Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing production costs, collaborating with the team in Japan, and leading cost management initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Work closely with Japan to optimize production costs.
• Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on projects and ensure completion verification.
• Participate in the budget planning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
