Job Description
TOYOTI1 is seeking a bilingual Senior Cost Analyst (English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing our production costs, becoming the expert on CADIOS, and working closely with our Japan team to optimize cost management processes.
Responsibilities
- Become proficient in CADIOS and investigate monthly variances.
- Collaborate with the Japan team to enhance cost management using CADIOS. Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
- Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accurate reporting.
- Participate in budget planning by creating annual labor and cost budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and management.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
