Senior Development Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Development Officer to join Enterprise Community Partners. In this role, you will work closely with program staff to develop customized fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with funders, and create impact reports. Responsibilities

• Immerse in Enterprise’s mission and national programs to inform fundraising strategy.
• Collaborate with program staff to articulate programming and develop case statements.
• Build relationships with local, regional, and national funders.
• Organize meetings, events, and tours with prospects and funders.
• Write and submit proposals, reports, and letters of inquiry.
• Create customized funder proposals and impact reports.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate and foundation fundraising.
• Track record securing 6-figure gifts.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
