Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join our global team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology from discovery through registration and post-marketing stages. You will play a crucial role in guiding decision-making processes by applying model-informed drug development principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Mentor and supervise direct reports, oversee deliverables, and uphold scientific standards.
• Ensure compliance with record management, resource management, and regulatory guidelines.
• Represent Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a subject matter expert in interactions with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, or related field with 12+ years of experience in the industry.
• Proven track record in successful regulatory interactions, drug approvals, and building pharmacometrics teams.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and common pharmacometrics software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation

The full base pay range for this role is $220,000-$330,000, with additional benefits including annual cash bonus, equity grants, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
