Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for compounds in oncology, from discovery through registration and post-marketing phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making processes.
• Manage multiple priorities and seek creative solutions while maintaining a GxP compliant environment.
• Hire, develop, and mentor key talents in the pharmacometrics team.
• Ensure compliance with record management, resource management, and vendor management best practices.
• Represent Jazz as a subject matter expert in interactions with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven ability to build and lead a pharmacometrics team.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and common pharmacometrics software.
• Experience with global regulatory requirements and regulatory authority interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
