Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. We are looking for a Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to provide strategic leadership in designing and overseeing pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making.
• Manage conflicting priorities and seek creative solutions.
• Hire, develop, and retain key talents in the pharmacometrics team.
• Maintain compliance with record management and vendor management best practices.
• Represent Jazz as a subject matter expert in interactions with regulatory agencies.
• Participate in evaluating potential in-licensing candidates.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to lead pharmacometrics teams and manage collaborations.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Global regulatory expertise and experience in oncology preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to think critically and solve problems.
